Sofar Sounds

Since 2015 Sofar Sounds has been putting on music shows here in Sheffield. We are part of a world-wide organisation promoting live music events, staged in unusual places, for people who want to listen. In 2026 a second Sheffield team came on board, and between us we hope to continue to expand our presence here in Sheffield.

The Sofar deal is this. We’ll curate an evening of music we think you’ll love, in a place that ecourages experencing intimate live music. You won’t find out where it is until 24 hrs before the event, and you won’t know who’s on until you walk in the door.
